- Do you ship outside the United States?
Sorry, but we currently do not ship outside the United States. However, we are hoping to begin shipping to select countries in 2013. So, please keep checking with us on this.
- Do you store my credit card information on your site?
No. We do not capture or store any credit card information on our site or in any of our databases. All that information is handled by the experts at PayPal. As our payment processing agents, they inform us when your payments have cleared so we can forward your purchased items to you.
- How can I be informed when you have special sales events?
Please use the contact us form to send us a message and in the body mention that you would like us to send you sales alerts.
- Can I buy online and pickup at the store?
Yes you can. Please request in-store pickup at checkout, or call us right after placing your order. Please remember to bring in the same credit card used to pay, and a picture ID. Also, please remember that we do collect taxes for sales to addresses in Massachusetts and in-store pickups.
- Which shipping couriers do you use?
We ship with UPS, and FedEx. We also use sometimes USPS.
- Do I have to sign for my package to be delivered?
You don't need to sign for delivery, but the driver may choose whether or not to drop off the package at your home. If you want your package left at your doorstep, then please leave a note at your door with your name, the tracking number, and ‘No Signature Required.’ written on it.
